This will be my first time renting through Victoria Executive Rental. How can I help speed up the process?
All first-time tenants are required to go through an application process. Please fill out this application and email it to info@victoriaexecutiverental.com. One of our team member will be in touch with you shortly!
Are all properties pet friendly?
Because our rental policies are set by each of our property owners, not all properties are pet-friendly. You can find this information in each listing but when in doubt, please contact us and we can help clarify any of your questions.
Is parking included at all the properties?
No. Each property is slightly different. You can find the specifics of each property under their listing page. Please contact us and we can suggest properties that fit your needs!
How do I request cleaning services?
To ensure your comfort during your stay, we can help schedule cleaning services as frequently as you’d prefer. Please notify us through our concierge request page and we’ll provide you with a quote within 48 hours.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations up to 30 days before scheduled arrival: Full refund of amount paid will be returned to tenant
If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, a cancellation made within 24 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in will result in a full refund of the amount paid will be returned to the tenant.
Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will result in no refunds.
